This motion graphic was developed for TVMAX, a television channel based in Panama. The piece was designed to support the promotion of real estate rental and sales within Panama City. The channel provided the official logo, and I crafted the animation in alignment with their brand guidelines and visual identity. My approach combined technical precision with creative storytelling, aiming to reflect the warmth and familiarity of home life while respecting the cultural and commercial context of the campaign. It was an honor to contribute to this project and collaborate with the channel’s creative team.
